What is personal training?

Personal training is individual or small group instruction that provides a client with motivation, guidance, and education during a workout. A certified personal trainer will assist in developing challenging workouts specifically designed to safely help the client achieve his or her fitness goals.

During a session with a Personal Trainer you will do your fitness program under the guidance and supervision of the Personal Trainer. They are there to encourage, motivate, ensure correct technique and safety and to make sure you enjoy and benefit from your workouts as much as possible.
