Dana is a graduate (with honors) from the Baltimore School of Massage, and is nationally (NCBTMB) and state (Board of Chiropractic Examiners) certified in massage therapy.
Dana has a great appreciation for health and fitness being active in the field for over 25 years. Dana has competed in bodybuilding, swimming, volleyball, softball; advised in exercise and weightlifting; taught aerobics; and coached various sports.
Dana would also like you to know that she suffers from scoliosis, which gives her a great appreciation for pain management issues.
Dana specializes in 4 styles of Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Hot Stone.
